Lindsay Van Volkenburg
Registered Social Worker
Lindsay is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist of 11 years, with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, and Relational Life Therapy. With a decade of experience, I specialize in helping women who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling like they’re never “enough” finally reconnect with their core self so they can live with more clarity, confidence, and calm. My approach blends evidence-based tools with deep, compassionate exploration. Whether we’re working through past wounds, untangling people-pleasing patterns, or building healthier boundaries, my goal is always to meet you where you are, with honesty, warmth, and zero judgment. In our work together, you can expect a space that’s both grounded and transformational. I’ll walk alongside you as we explore the parts of you that feel stuck, scared, or lost, and help you reconnect with the resilient, wise part of you that’s always been there underneath it all. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me in my garden, reading, or attending concerts. These are the things that bring me back to myself, and I believe therapy can do the same.

Allison Belcourt
Registered Psychotherapist
Allison has over 25 years experience in the field of mental health, working with children, youth, families and adults. I believe every person has their own unique strengths, and I welcome the opportunity to explore with you ways to build upon those strengths, believe in yourself, and create change where desired. I incorporate a trauma-informed, person centred approach, offering compassion, genuineness and warmth as I strive to meet you where you’re at. I use an integrative approach that draws upon different therapy modalities to best suit your needs; CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Self-compassion are some of my favourites. While these tools can be helpful, I am drawn to Carl Jung’s quote “know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human”. I look forward to joining you on your journey, providing empathetic and authentic guidance. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three adult children. Camping, kayaking, yoga and thrift shopping fill up my cup! I love reading for pleasure, as well as to expand my knowledge and skills.
